Salesforce audits...sounds like a Tax audit but worse, doesn't it? Well, the good news is that it really isn't! Audits of any kind are a great way to assess where things are in comparison to where you want to be.
When you Google the word "Audit" you get this definition: an official inspection of an individual's or organization's accounts, typically by an independent body.
A CRM audit is basically the same thing! Here at Dataegy we do an official inspection of your organizations CRM with a holistic lens. The first thing we need to do is understand how your workforce uses your CRM. We want to meet with the USERS, the people that are living and breathing in the CRM. In meeting with the users, we get a sense of how they use the CRM and what their day to day in the system looks like. From there, we meet with the product owners, the people that manage the system. What do we want to learn from them?
- What are the pain points you see in your CRM?
- What does your CRM roadmap look like?
- Are there any data gaps? Are users leaving any fields blank on a continuous basis?
- What have you done so far to address those concerns?
- Where do you see your organization headed and what can we do to future proof your CRM?
- What can we put in place to prevent further issues with the CRM?
These are just sample questions we ask in our initial conversation to get an understanding of what your CRM needs may be. The conversation is intended to be a brainstorming session where we learn from one another and lay the groundwork for the final step of our CRM roadmap, future proofing.
Once the groundwork is developed, the next step is to create project plan. What are the deliverables and what are the timelines. Every organization is different so we're completely flexible to your timelines and needs. Once we have agreed on the set deliverables and timelines, we get to work. We develop the changes in a Sandbox environment where we test the changes you would like and show you exactly how the changes will look in your production environment.
