Salesforce in the HEALTH SPACE?! You're probably thinking, these guys must be crazy! Well, as a matter of fact, if anyone can change the landscape of how health records and how healthcare management is done these days, it's probably Salesforce! For years, Salesforce has been successful at penetrating all sorts of verticals. Whether be Real Estate, Manufacturing or Technology, Salesforce's fully customizable, robust CRM options have opened the doors for further growth for the cloud logo.
But why is Salesforce looking at healthcare? Well, the answer is simple. The simple answer is the healthcare industry is growing at an extraordinary rate and the CRM options out there for healthcare just aren't cutting it. The biggest challenge with Salesforce entering this industry is the potential for regulation hurdles. Almost any company in the health industry that you speak with will tell you just how difficult it is to get over some of the regulatory hurdles. The good news is a lot of these healthcare companies are olympians in hurdles and are quickly able to meet and exceed regulatory guidelines as they are set out.

1. They know the CRM business. They are experienced in developing solutions that match their clients needs
2. The company is evolving and continuing to work with Health related companies. To continue this trajectory, they need to earn more trust and respect in the industry
3. It's Salesforce...they are the powerhouse of CRMs
